I’ve had high stress levels and increasingly higher anxiety levels all my life. In my 30s, after having kids, my stress manifested as hypothyroid, constipation, acne, and vitiligo. People would tell me I was stressed like that was news to me.

I felt it in my chest constantly like there was a weight on it or a tightness that never went away. 
I scoured the internet. “Prioritize sleep” is only helpful when you actually sleep well. I tried many therapies, but each practitioner only offered the one thing they specialized in. Each one felt like a weak band-aid being put on.

Here’s what I discovered through years of trial and error: 5–10 minutes of calm can be more effective than hour-long sessions every once in a while.

How This Program Came About

The path to creating this wasn’t straight or even planned.

I learned and became certified in breathwork after seeing videos online. I wanted my friend Sophie to do a breathwork session with me. She told me she was so stressed that even thinking about it stressed her out. As a single mom working in a hospital, she didn’t have time for long sessions or extra appointments.

That’s when I realized something: people don’t need more wellness tasks but rather they need tools that slide into their existing life.

I started creating short breathwork audios for her. As I developed my skills and learned sound healing, I added that too, along with guided meditations and grounding techniques I’ve used for most of my life.

One conversation with Sophie turned into a 30 day audio program to help with stress and anxiety.

Each week introduces a new breathwork technique with three guided sessions that take you from learning the method to practicing it more independently. By the end of the week, you’ll have the tools and confidence to use the technique on your own whenever you need it.

Short, practical meditations that teach techniques like grounding, body scans, and visualizing your perfect calm place. Each session helps you reset your mind, release tension, and return to your day feeling centered and refreshed.

Weekly Progress Check-Ins

Once a week, you’ll receive a simple journal form with a few questions to reflect on your experience. You’ll receive your responses back in a PDF so you can track your progress over time. On the final day, after completing the last journal form, you’ll receive your final PDF along with a link to access all program recordings, so you can revisit any session whenever you like.
