My Story with Emotional Buildup

For years, I dealt with physical aches, emotional stress, and so many unanswered questions. I was raising three children without much support nearby, took an emotional and physical toll.

The breakthrough came when I read “Heal Your Body” by Louise Hay. It explained how certain pains can be linked to emotional needs, which deeply resonated with my experience. Acknowledging that connection brought immediate relief and opened the door to deeper healing.

Many alternative therapies left me feeling emotionally raw or frustrated. I needed something clear and practical, not overwhelming or long. My kinesiologist suggested I follow my joy, which led me to discover the practices I offer today: breathwork, sound healing, EFT, muscle testing, The Emotion Code among others.

These practices helped me clear emotional buildup regularly and completely transformed how I feel.

An Emotional Reset is a gentle, 30-minute session designed to identify and release trapped emotional energy that’s been building up beneath the surface.

Think of it like emotional housekeeping – we’re not dealing with specific trauma or deep patterns. We’re simply clearing the accumulated emotional debris that’s making you feel heavy or disconnected.

How it works

We start with what you're feeling (5-10 minutes)

No need to have it all figured out. “I just feel heavy” or “I’ve been off all week” is perfect. We explore what you’re experiencing without needing to analyze or understand it.

We identify the emotion to release (10-15 minutes)

Using muscle testing, I identify what trapped emotions are ready to be released. Often it’s a mix of:
• Stress you’ve absorbed from others
• Emotions from recent experiences that got stuck
• General overwhelm that’s been building up
• Energy that’s not even yours

We gently release the trapped emotion (10-15 minutes)

Based on what shows up, I use the most effective clearing method:
• EFT tapping – gentle tapping to release stuck energy
• Tuning fork therapy – specific frequencies to dissolve emotional patterns
• Sound healing – vibrational tones to restore balance
• Breathwork guidance – if your system needs nervous system regulation

Possibly and that’s normal. Releasing emotions usually feels gentle, like relief rather than overwhelm, but sometimes just identifying a blocked emotion brings it to the surface. The reset is a safe space to allow you to release emotions.

Absolutely. We’ll clear the emotions you’ve absorbed and I can give you tools for healthier emotional boundaries. Being an emotional sponge is a gift, it shouldn’t feel like a burden.

As often as you need. Weekly for stressful periods, monthly for maintenance, or whenever you notice emotional buildup.

The Single Issue Focus targets one specific worry or trigger. The Emotional Reset is for general emotional buildup when you just feel heavy or off without knowing why.

If you already know of deeper issues you want to work on, I recommend a Full Healing Session. A full session gives us the time to work through deeper or larger issues. That being said, a simple reset is can start clearing away emotions to help give immediate relief.
