A Transformative Experience

When I first tried this process, I didn’t know what to expect. I just knew I felt stuck creatively, emotionally, and energetically. Plus, I was in a lot of physical pain. After my first test, I felt a weight lift from my chest. Something shifted, and for the first time in a long time, I felt lighter. Clearer. Able to move forward.
That simple, powerful release changed everything. It’s this process I now share one session at a time.

My Story with Emotional Buildup

For years, I dealt with physical aches, emotional stress, and so many unanswered questions. I was raising three children without much support nearby, took an emotional and physical toll.

The breakthrough came when I read “Heal Your Body” by Louise Hay. It explained how certain pains can be linked to emotional needs, which deeply resonated with my experience. Acknowledging that connection brought immediate relief and opened the door to deeper healing.

Many alternative therapies left me feeling emotionally raw or frustrated. I needed something clear and practical, not overwhelming or long. My kinesiologist suggested I follow my joy, which led me to discover the practices I offer today: breathwork, sound healing, EFT, muscle testing, among others.

These practices helped me clear emotional buildup regularly and completely transformed how I feel.
