My story

A Transformative Experience

When I first tried this process, I didn’t know what to expect. I just knew I felt stuck creatively, emotionally, and energetically. Plus, I was in a lot of physical pain. After my first test, I felt a weight lift from my chest. Something shifted, and for the first time in a long time, I felt lighter. Clearer. Able to move forward.
That simple, powerful release changed everything. It’s this process I now share one session at a time.

What to Expect in a Session

Full Healing sessions are personalized, but follow a gentle and supportive flow:

We start by having a discussion about what you are experiencing—emotionally, physically, or energetically. In this session we can find multiple trapped emotions, limiting beliefs or unresolved trauma energy.

Then we clarify the intention for the session and  begin by asking for full consent:

  • Do you agree to participate in this session?
  • Do you agree to allow me to connect with your energy during this session?
  • I then use muscle testing to confirm that we are in alignment and we are both ready to proceed.

Using muscle testing, I connect to your energy and test on myself (proxy testing) to identify which trapped emotions, limiting beliefs, or unresolved trauma energy may be contributing to what you’re feeling.

We may also explore the age, life events, or relationships connected to these emotions, beliefs, or traumas, if that is needed.

Some emotional patterns are like knots tied over time—especially when it comes to things like addiction or long-standing habits. During our first session, we begin to gently loosen those knots by identifying and releasing trapped emotions, limiting beliefs, or trauma energy.

Usually, one session can bring noticeable shifts. But with more deeply rooted issues, we often have layers of emotional energy connected to the issue. Each time a layer is released, it brings more freedom, clarity, and calm.

This work is not about pushing through or ‘fixing’ you—it’s about listening deeply to what your body and energy are ready to release, at the right pace for you.

Using muscle testing, we determine the most supportive technique—or combination of techniques—to gently release the identified emotional blocks, limiting beliefs or trauma energy. These may include:

  • Sound Healing – Vibrational tones to gently shift your energy.
  • Acuvibration – Targeted sound and vibration on key points of the body. (In-person only)
  • EFT – Gentle tapping to help process and let go.
  • Other Tools – Tailored energy healing techniques based on your needs.

After each release, we confirm through muscle testing whether the emotion has fully cleared. If it hasn’t, we continue gently working until your body shows that it’s complete.

We allow space for your body to recalibrate. You may notice shifts, lightness, or a new sense of clarity.
