Think of it as precision emotional clearing — we go directly to the source without overwhelming your mind or body. Even when it seems like there’s only one worry or trigger, addressing it can reveal other emotional layers that have been quietly affecting how you feel. This focused approach helps you finally get unstuck and move forward with clarity.

How it works
We identify what’s stuck (5–10 min)
We start by clarifying your main concern whether it’s a worry, trigger, decision, or emotional pattern. You don’t need to analyze it perfectly; just describing what’s bothering you is enough.
We discover the hidden emotional layer (10–15 min)
Using The Emotion Code and muscle testing, I uncover the specific trapped emotion keeping your concern stuck. Often, it’s not what you expect, and identifying it is the key to real relief.
We release it gently (10–15 min)
Based on what shows up, I use one or a combination of techniques:
• EFT tapping – gentle tapping to release stuck energy
